Missions :
- In Corporate IT Department of Kudelski Group, I’m in charge of “IT Project Office”, leading IT projects for all Kudelski group’s departments.
- 30 to 40 ongoing projects for every departments of the Kudelski Group, with stakeholders on the five continents.
- Management of a team of 7 Project Managers : 3 in Lausanne (Switzerland), 3 in Paris (France) , 1 in San Francisco (US, CA).
- I personally manage few projects.
- Before projects start, I am a major actor of the IT Project Portfolio Management
- Collecting new project requests, Requirements analysis
- Project benefits analysis
- Building a complete Business Case : Benefits / Project Approach / Scope / Costs / Delays / Quality / Risks/ Communication
- On ongoing projects, I am accountable of projects managed by project managers.
- Validation and commitment of all project’s stakeholder on an initial Business Case.
- Control that projects are managed accordingly to their Business Case.
- Change Management on Business Case in case of new decisions.
- Project management : Planning, Budget Control, Resource management, Quality Management, Communication, Risks Management .
- Part of the Quality management for IT Operations for every new Service in operation.
- I am responsible of the implementation and enhancement of Quality processes for Project Management, Project Portfolio Management and other operational processes of IT Corporate.
